At K&K Selects, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must not be a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please submit your request via our website Contact Us.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Then contact us through Contact Us.

Evidence Requirement

For any refund, replacement, or dispute claim, we may require:

  • Clear photos
  • Videos
  • Shipping label images
  • Package condition evidence

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video evidence of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailable recipient
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
  • Buyer remorse after shipment
  • Minor variations in color, size, or packaging due to screen differences or supplier batches

Dropshipping Disclosure

K&K Selects uses a dropshipping fulfillment model. Products may ship from international warehouses, including outside the United States.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Longer shipping times
  • International fulfillment
  • Customs processing variations

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first before filing any payment disputes or chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account restrictions.

We retain the right to submit this policy, order confirmation, delivery tracking, and communication records as evidence in dispute cases.
